Request deletion of your data
You can ask us to delete your Daily Quill account and the personal data we hold for you. This page explains what that covers and how to submit a request.
What we delete
When your request is completed, we aim to remove:
- Your sign-in account and profile information
- Journal entries and answers stored in our systems
- App preferences and settings synced to your account
- Other data linked to your account, where technically feasible
Some information may need to be retained for a limited period where the law requires it (for example, billing or fraud-prevention records). We will explain if that applies to your request.
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address you use with Daily Quill (or clearly identify the account email in your message) to:
Use the subject line
Data deletion request - Daily Quill
and include your registered email if you are writing from a different
address. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we process the
deletion.
